See for yourself what business leadership coaching by Radiant Professional Services has to offer and get a small taste of the growth opportunities available. For five days, receive sample lessons and exercises that a typical coaching candidate would cover over the course of several months.
Available to the first 20 qualified candidates who sign up before May 13th. Then, from May 16th to 20th, participants will run through 5 short examples of our coaching program which include:
- Each morning: a brief email with an exercise or challenge you can work on during the day that is designed to build your leadership or management effectiveness.
- Each evening: a link for a short video (less than 5 minutes) that follows up on the exercise with some explanation of the purpose and how it can apply to your success. ALSO, for three evening you can participate in a live chat session w/ your coach and other leaders to discuss your experience and ask any additional questions.
- On the last day: a survey to get feedback on your experience, and you can again ask questions about anything from the week.
Additional material will be available to you starting on Sunday, May 15th to get a better idea of the leadership development services available.

- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be a business manager/leader (exception – there are 5 openings for future managers)
- Must be willing to receive brief emails for 5 days and participate in the exercises.
